In September we began working on designs and layouts for new products to show at Scotland’s Trade Fair Spring 2009 in the S.E.C.C. Glasgow. That was the easy part, the hard part was how we were going to display all our combined efforts. Well as you can see below, today (Saturday 24/01/09) the stand was built and dressed for the opening tomorrow. A big sigh of relief also to see that we were able to get the stand out of the van and re-build with relative ease. I will breath easy tomorrow when the doors open in hall 4, and people get to walk around the fair. I am pretty sure the stand will look different again, with more people in the hall and not just us exhibitors. But, I must say I am delighted with what we have achieved over the months. Everyone at The Bay Attic and Doricmor have worked long hours folding, creasing, packaging, cutting, designing, discussing and eating the odd pizza or chippy along the way, to get us where we are today. We have new artists on board like Anf Payne, Keli Clark and Robert Kelsey to name but a few, and amazing photography or ” Scottish Naturesques”, from Simon Nicholas White that we have made into greeting cards and calendars. Even though the products are ready, I still have now to work on the website and upload all our new lines to it as well. So, here is a sneak peek at the stand. Be one of the first to see it !
